Terms of Service

The general terms for using RecoveryPilot’s public website, demo-request forms, public materials and text messages.

Updated October 8, 2026Version 1.1Customer services are governed by signed agreements
These Terms govern the public website, its forms and the text message programs described in our SMS Terms. A signed Master Services Agreement, Order Form, DPA, and applicable addenda govern paid customer services.

1. Acceptance and authority

By accessing this website or submitting a RecoveryPilot form, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to provide its information and communicate with RecoveryPilot. Do not use the site if you do not agree.

2. Permitted use

You may review public information, request a demonstration, communicate with us, and use materials we expressly provide for that purpose. You may not disrupt or probe the site; bypass access controls; introduce malware; scrape or harvest information at scale; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, confidential, payment-card, consumer-account, or sensitive personal information through public forms; or use site content to build or train a competing product.

3. Demonstrations and communications

A demo request is not an offer, acceptance, account approval, or promise of functionality, timing, pricing, or results. Product capabilities depend on discovery, configuration, providers, integrations, customer systems, and a signed order. You consent to receive service-related electronic communications at the contact information you provide; marketing communications may be declined. Submitting a form does not enroll you in text messages; texts require the separate, express consent described in our SMS Terms.

4. Intellectual property and feedback

The website, branding, product descriptions, designs, software demonstrations, text, graphics, and other RecoveryPilot materials are owned by or licensed to RecoveryPilot and protected by applicable law. Except for ordinary evaluation, no rights are granted. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, RecoveryPilot may use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

5. AI and informational content

Website content and AI-generated demonstrations are general product information, not legal, compliance, collection, employment, security, tax, accounting, or financial advice. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Your organization remains responsible for professional advice, policy decisions, notices, consent, scripts, collection conduct, and review of any output it chooses to use.

6. Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. RecoveryPilot is not responsible for third-party sites or for services outside our control.

7. Privacy and text messages

Our Privacy Policy describes website information practices and is incorporated into these Terms. Text messages sent through RecoveryPilot are optional and are covered by our SMS Terms, which also explain how to stop them.

8. Security reports

Please report a suspected security weakness under our Responsible Disclosure Policy rather than by testing the site beyond normal use.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” RECOVERYPILOT DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE CONTENT, OR ANY BUSINESS, COLLECTION, COMPLIANCE, OR FINANCIAL RESULT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RECOVERYPILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, PERSONNEL, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM THE PUBLIC WEBSITE. RECOVERYPILOT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A PUBLIC-WEBSITE CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. Limits that cannot lawfully apply are limited only to the minimum extent required.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify RecoveryPilot from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, information you submit without authority, or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate public-site access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, users, RecoveryPilot, or others, or to respond to suspected misuse. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Georgia law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding concerning only the public website must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Cobb County, Georgia, and each party consents to those courts. Customer-agreement dispute terms control customer-service disputes.

14. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be narrowed and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; RecoveryPilot may assign them with a corporate transaction or transfer of the website. These Terms, the SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy are the complete public-website agreement.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Continued use after publication means acceptance. Contact RecoveryPilot AI, LLC, 1640 Powers Ferry Road, Building 15, Suite 300, Marietta, Georgia 30067, or support@recoverypilotai.com.
