SMS Terms

How text message programs on the RecoveryPilot platform work, who sends the messages, and how to get help or stop them at any time.

Effective October 20, 2026Version 1.4Contact: support@recoverypilotai.com
These terms govern the text message programs that agencies run on the RecoveryPilot platform. Each program below belongs to one agency and has its own consent and support contacts. Agreeing to one program does not enroll you in any other program or allow any other company to text you.

1. RecoveryPilot’s role

RecoveryPilot AI, LLC operates the RecoveryPilot platform and is the applicant for the text messaging registration that agency programs on the platform use. Agencies use the platform to send account text messages to consumers who have opted in to that agency’s program. These terms do not create a separate RecoveryPilot marketing or newsletter text program.

2. Programs

Consumer messages are sent under named agency programs. Each program identifies its sender and has its own support contacts.

Review the sender and support details for your office:

Each office offers separate choices for these three existing purposes:

3. How consent works

Joining a program is optional and is never a condition of making a payment or receiving any service. To join, review the separate unchecked choices on your office’s signup page, then sign in to your verified agency account to give your mobile number and record consent for each category you select. Each purpose is optional; account creation does not select it for you. An unchecked category is not included in that submission and does not withdraw earlier consent. To confirm enrollment, reply YES to the confirmation message. Messages under the program begin only after confirmation. Your consent covers only that agency’s program.

Only enroll a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use. If you change or give up that number, reply STOP from it first or tell the program’s support contact.

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s plan determines any charges.

5. Help and opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that program. Under the program terms, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT also withdraw your consent. Other clear requests to stop, such as “stop texting me” or “unsubscribe me,” are honored too, whether you send them as a reply or through the program’s support contact. You receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages from that program. Messages restart only after you opt in again and then confirm with YES.

Reply HELP or INFO to any message for help. You can also withdraw all SMS consent in the SMS opt-in section of the agency’s portal, or by contacting the program’s support contact on its linked signup page.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver and process messages, and only to operate the service. See our SMS Privacy notice and Privacy Policy. The agency that runs a program also publishes its own privacy policy on its portal.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. These terms are part of our Terms of Service. For questions about a specific program or account, use that program’s support contact. For questions about this page or the platform, contact RecoveryPilot AI, LLC, 1640 Powers Ferry Road, Building 15, Suite 300, Marietta, Georgia 30067, or support@recoverypilotai.com.
