1. Who sends the messages
RecoveryPilot AI, LLC operates the RecoveryPilot platform and is the applicant for the text messaging registration that agency programs on the platform use. Messages are sent under named agency programs. This page does not create a separate RecoveryPilot marketing or newsletter text program.
Each office identifies its sender and support contacts on its own signup page. Choose the office that handles your account.
2. How to sign up
Choose your office to review its SMS opt-in form:
- On your office’s page, review the three separate message purposes. Each choice starts unchecked.
- Sign in to your verified agency account to enter a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use and record consent for each category you select. Creating an account does not give SMS consent.
- To confirm enrollment, reply YES to the confirmation message. Messages under the program begin only after confirmation.
Your selected consent is recorded on your office’s portal, for that office’s program only. An unchecked category is not included in that submission and does not withdraw earlier consent. This RecoveryPilot page records no consent.
3. What you agree to
You may give separate, optional consent for these three existing purposes. None is a general marketing or newsletter program.
- Account communications: account-related updates and information about available account options.
- Customer care replies: replies to your questions and requests.
- Account notifications, reminders and confirmations: account updates, payment reminders and payment confirmations.
- Joining is optional. Consent is not a condition of making a payment, buying anything or receiving any service.
- Your consent covers only that agency’s program. It does not enroll you in any other program or allow any other company to text you.
- Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop texts from that program. Reply HELP for help. Messages restart only after you opt in again and then confirm with YES.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver and process messages, and only to operate the service.
