1. What we keep
When you opt in to an agency program on the RecoveryPilot platform, the platform stores your mobile number, the program you joined, when and how you agreed (including your YES confirmation), and any STOP or HELP requests.
2. How it is used
This information is used only to send the messages you agreed to under that program, to honor STOP and HELP requests, to keep evidence of your consent and opt-outs, and to keep the service secure and working. Consent is recorded per program and per agency, so it never carries over to another company. You can withdraw consent at any time in the ways described in our SMS Terms, and messages restart only after a fresh opt-in confirmed with YES. Agreeing to one program does not imply permission for any other marketing.
3. No sharing or sale for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and text message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver and process messages, and only to operate the service.
4. Agency programs
The agency that runs a program decides what it sends within the program description in our SMS Terms, and publishes its own privacy policy on its portal. Questions about your account belong with that agency’s support contact.
